This is 4points (cp_4points) and it was based off of 2points which is one of the maps I played in the "Worst Workshops Maps" video. I just happened to browse the workshop when I stumbled onto 4points and I noticed it looked quite familiar, surely enough it was an upgraded version of 2points. Of course this means I have to play it, I love bad maps. To be honest this is actually a pretty fun map but it doesn't have an objective so you're stuck there forever. Good luck.
