Description: Microscopic footage of human breast milk. The milk was collected through hand expression after the mother washed her hands with soap and water and was place in a cooler with ice. About an hour later it was plated on a petri dish and observed under the microscope. I used a tryptic soy agar petri dish to grow the microbes in the breast milk. It was incubated for 24 hours at 37 degrees Celsius. Camera - Nikon D3300 Microscope - Leica ATC 2000 Microscope magnification of each shot is shown in the bottom right hand corner.
