Description: I'm having a lot of fun during this journey. I've been very consistent with my workout routine and I was able to constantly improve on a daily basis. Focusing on the basics and building a strong foundation has been a game changer for me. This week I introduced a new exercise - Handstand Push Ups. Quite a challenge but I'm ready for it.
