Description: Ingredients : Capsicums – 8 small sized Paneer – 500g Isabgol – 1½ tbsps Salt to taste Pepper powder – ½ tsp Garlic powder – ¼ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Oregano Olives Chopped coriander leaves Ghee – 2 tbsps Grated cheese Procedure : Cut the capsicum into halves. Grate paneer into a bowl then add isabgol/psyllium husk, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, oregano, olives and ghee . Mix it thoroughly and stuff it into the capsicums. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 5-10 minutes. Bake the capsicums for 20 minutes. Grate cheese on the baked capsicums and bake it again for 5-7 minutes for the cheese to get melted on the capsicums.
