Description: What I eat, Keto weight loss, make up and girly chat. Hia everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend? what have you been up to? I am always getting asked what I eat and how I have lost my weight. I pretty much fast until around 12pm then I will eat lunch then dinner. At the start of my weight loss journey I would snack and do anything that made this way of life easier for me. I tend to find I don't need to snack as much now. I maintained my weight since our wedding in November last year and took the scenic route if you like which was far better for my body than to keep losing. You have to do things nice and slow so that the body aids you and doesn't fight against you. Years ago when I originally lost my weight I believe I put my body in to shock losing so fast. When losing weight you will see little settle points, mine always goes down a few pounds then bounces those few pounds around for a few weeks before letting me go lower. You will see a nice pattern for yourself once you start. It can get disheartening but never give up just keep going the next day even if you have a cheat. You can do it!
