Description: Looking for some ideas to work on your mobility over the weekend? Here’s a sample of what I do. Spend 1-2 minutes on each per side. Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Work into the discomfort. Want to learn how to guide yourself through a mobility session like this? Here’s my recommendation: 1. Start with SMR (self-myofascial release) with a foam roller and a mobility ball. 2. Work into some light-to-medium intensity stretches and postures. 3. Progress into more medium-to-more intensity stretches and postures. 4. Wind down with some longer held stretches. And always remember to deeply breathe in and out of your nose! #shorts
