Mixed Veggie Stir-Fry Ingredients 4 cups of Mixed Veggies 2 garlic, coarsely minced 1 tablespoon of Vegetable or Soybean Oil 1/4 cup of Vegetable Stock 1 tablespoon of Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce 1 tablespoon of Thai Thin Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon of Mushroom Sauce (vegan substitute for Oyster Sauce) 1 tablespoon of granulated Palm Sugar, Brown Sugar, or Cane Sugar 1 teaspoon ground white pepper Instructions 1. Divide veggies into 3 category: firm, medium firm, and soft 2. Add oil in wok, and get it smoking 3. Drop garlic into wok, add firmest veggies and vegetable stock 4. Stir, and add medium firm veggies 5. Stir, and add golden mountain sauce, thin soy sauce, mushroom sauce, and sugar 6. Stir, and add soft veggies. 7. Taste and adjust 8. Sprinkle ground white pepper 9. Put onto plate and enjoy
