And I know you all may not have these particular pieces of equipment. But my hope in showing you these exercises and my use of odd objects, is to get your mind churning. What new ways can you use the equipment you DO have? What around your house is going unutilized? Do you have a backpack you can throw some heavy stuff in? Unopened cases of drinks? Your kids’ soccer ball? Basket of laundry? I want you to get creative! Do movements you’ve never done before! Combine exercises and challenge your agility and balance! And most importantly, have fun with it!
