Try it out For more yummy recipes visit: youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Chopped tomatoes – 5 Dried red chillies – 15 Garlic cloves - 15 Tamarind – small goose berry sized Fenugreek powder – ¼ tsp Asafoetida powder – ¼ tsp Curry leaves – 1 sprig Sugar – ½ tsp Sesame oil – 3 tbsp Process 1. Heat 3 tbsp of sesame oil in a thick bottomed pan over low flame and add 15 red chillies 2. Sauté this for 2 minutes. Take it out and allow it to cool 3. Coarse grind this in a blender and keep aside 4. In the same pan add 15 garlic cloves 5. Sauté this over medium flame for 2 minutes and add 5 chopped tomatoes 6. Cook this over high flame for 1 minute and stir well 7. Now add a small goose berry sized tamarind 8. Stir frequently and continue cooking over high flame till tomatoes become soft 9. Now reduce the flame and mash the tomatoes 10. Add the ground red chillies, ¼ tsp of asafoetida powder, ¼ tsp of fenugreek powder and a little salt 11. Mix well and cook this for 1 minute 12. Now add 1 sprig of curry leaves and ½ tsp of sugar 13. Mix well and turn off the flame 14. This would go nice with chapati
