In today's video I'm doing a review on a recent upload from Alpha Destiny entitled "Strength Training For Size (It Makes Sense!)" where he gives his general overview in regards to proper muscle building training for natural lifters looking to maximize hypertrophy. Alpha Destiny argues that training for strength is the most reliable way to gauge muscle growth, since building muscle is too difficult to track in the short term whereas strength gains are not, and size and strength are directly correlated. He says that progressive overload is the underlying key to making gains. Alpha Destiny also argues against the use of overly fancy bodybuilding exercises in favor of sticking to the basic compound lifts and mastering the fundamentals first and foremost. In this video I break down Alpha Destiny's video step by step and give my own personal thoughts and perspective. Does size equal strength and strength equal size, and is training for strength really the best approach to build muscle as effectively as possible? Check out the video above and let me know your thoughts in the comments. Related tags: alpha destiny workout, alpha destiny bear mode, alpha destiny neck
