Oriented Soma is a variation to the classic Soma Cube puzzle by Piet Hein from 1933 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soma_cube). The cubies of Oriented Soma are colored like a Rubik's Cube. This way, the pieces can be in only one orientation to each other. The puzzle was commisioned by Patruck Luteijn, and the challenge was developed by George Miller, selecting the most interesting one from 240 possible designs. The pieces are kept together by rotating "magic" spherical magnets: supermagnete.de/eng/sphere-magnets-neodymium/sphere-magnet-12.7mm_K-13-C Copyright (c) 2021, M. Oskar van Deventer.
