Description: Microscopic footage of kombucha as seen under the microscope. At the end of the video I used a tryptic soy agar petri dish to grow the microbes in kombucha. It was first incubated for 24 hours at 37 degrees Celsius which had some growth of tiny colonies. I incubated it for 48 additional hours at room temp to allow these colonies more time to grow. Camera - Nikon D3300 Microscope - Leica ATC 2000 Microscope magnification of each shot is shown in the bottom right hand corner.
