Description: I tried the viral 7 day jUMP ROPE CHALLENGE ya'll! This fitness challenge was definitely one of the most intense challenges I've done (not as hard as the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge tho). I saw a SusieJTodd, Beatrice Caruso, and others try this challenge (I'm not sure who originated it to give credit, if you do feel free to comment the creator in the comments section) A lot of people were jumping 1000 jumps a day, or doing a pyramid style jump rope challenge format. I decided I would push myself out of my comfort zone and try to complete 1,000 to 1,500 jumps a day for 7 days! Let's just say my calves and shins have been tight for days.
