The Cascade is a method of juggling that requires you throw the balls in an Arc across your hands. I learned how to juggle from my brother Rick back in 2003 and ever since, I've been able to do it. I've noticed my reflexes improve and in college, someone even tossed me 2 ketchup packets and I caught them both at the same time because I was used to doing that from juggling. I will first teach you the proper way to throw the balls, explaining through both diagrams and video demonstrations. We will first start with one ball. We will then continue to add balls, learning how to throw two and how the timing works. Finally, we'll learn the proper way to do the cascade. With the techniques I show you in this video and lots of practice, you should be able to juggle 2 Balls in One Hand, 3 Balls in 2 hands, and even 4 balls in 2 hands if you really practice.
