When inflated, it is top heavy and will "flip" or turn if oriented properly. It requires we use a square piece of paper, which can be converted from an 8.5 x 11" paper (Letter size) or you may use origami paper. As we precrease the paper numerous times, it will allow us to create a Spiky Balloon!
