This knot was discovered by Ian Fieggen back sometime in the 90's and was originally uploaded to the internet in 2000. This is the world's fastest way to tie your shoes!! (World's Fastest Shoelace Knot) This knot can be used to tie other things such as pants, or anything that uses a string such as a gown or apron. I use it all the time to tie my scrub pants for dental school and also the disposable gowns we use in the clinic. It is also really great for tying things behind your back--makes it a breeze! Knowing how to use this knot will save you a ton of time in the long run, and prevent trips from those other knots that become loose or knots which you might just forget how to tie altogether (lol :-P).
