It's not as straightforward as getting fitter, or as predictable as gaining strength. So when my buddy Jake reached out to me for help with his dubs, I immediately agreed - as long as he agreed to it all being filmed! I want to show you a progressive, step by step way of coaching (and learning) double unders that takes away the frustration, and gives your athlete mini goals to hit along the way. This video is ideal for the athlete who can hit maybe one rep at a time, on a good day!
