We are multiplanar creatures - capable of moving in a wide variety of ways. And yet many training programs focus exclusively on the sagittal plane! Whether you're throwing a ball, throwing a cross or hook, pulling or pushing something from standing, or even just running: rotational strength is absolutely crucial. This video shares some tips on how to develop rotational strength. Choosing one or two exercises is likely not enough, as we will see.
