To fully make the best of this guided journey, visualise as much and as vividly as you can. Building a picture in your mind of the words you will hear will make finding self love that little bit easier. You don’t even have to think too much, just allow your imagination to drift and interpret this experience in your own way. If the self confidence you have in yourself is affecting your sleep quality then this meditation will also help with that. There is gentle music and the sound of soft whooping waves in the background as I guide you to a more relaxed and peaceful place in your mind.
