Description: Booty Band Workout. wp.me/paQhos-415 If you’re still working out from home like me, or just don’t have time for a trip to the gym, make sure you save this for later! Do each of these exercises for 20 seconds. Have a 1-2 minute rest in between each set, and do 4 sets of each :) 1. Squat to side step: Side stepping in this band is NO JOKE. Pulse in the squat if you want to really feel the burn 🙌🏻 2. Standing hip abduction: Do both sides for 20 seconds each! 3. Standing kickbacks: Hold the wall for balance, or you could also try this movement on your hands and knees! Again— both sides 20 seconds each 4. In place lunge: both sides 20 seconds each 🌞 5. Hip thrust with abduction: pulse abduction at the top and bottom of this movement! This is also a great finisher if you’d like to do it at the end of your workout :) 6. Pulsing Abduction leg lifts: I made this one up, but if you wanna test your ab strength while also targeting your gluteys, try this movement! Keep your lower back flat, and shoulders up off of the ground the whole way through to make sure those abs are fired up! ★ Want more videos?
