The progressions start with the most basic leg raises and take you to the candlestick, two different types of negatives, single-leg flags, half ROM flags and then the full dragon flag. Work the dragon flag 2 or 3 times per week depending on how fast you recover. Be consistent and aim to achieve the target reps/time I specify for reach progression before moving on to the next one.
