The 1-2-3 combo is: dynamic stretching, static stretching and contract-relax PNF stretching. In the video I explain how to use the 3 methods together, why it works and then do a follow-along example as I stretch my hip flexors after my daily walk. I honestly think contract-relax is the best stretching method, but as you'll see when trying this, using it after a dynamic and static stretch is VERY effective.
