Vazhuthananga Pulissery ( Brinjal Curry ) : Brinjal ( vazhuthananga ) - 150g Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Gram flour( Besan ) - 1 tbsp Salt Oil ( for frying ) For grinding: Grated coconut - 3/4 cup Green chilli - 2 Shallot - 1 Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Curd - 500ml ( medium sour ) For preparation: Coconut oil / oil - 1 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds - a pinch Mustard - 1/2 tsp Dried red chilli - 3 Curry leaves Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Water Salt 3.
