Description: Enhanced extended version of Steve Spak's 8mm footage taken from "NIST DV #4" tape. Shows some rare WTC7 burning shots taken from southwest (at West & Vesey Streets) and later from northeast (West Broadway near Barclay Street) at 30:30. This video contains more footage, but includes also some shots which are missing within the shorter 1st version. See Spak's letter to NIST: drive.google.com/file/d/1WtQtASq32yixUZvIO29n_EZzJ0t8jYOu/view?usp=sharing The video tape "NIST DV #4" was originally copied by NIST on to a mini-DV cassette from the FEMA BPAT's "NBC Restricted Tape #2" on VHS at the offices of Gilsanz-Murray-Steficek, LLP, structural engineers who have participated both in FEMA and NIST WTC investigations. Enhanced video quality taken from DVD Video, created from the mini-DV tape by NIST for FOIA release. Thick black border at the top of the video removed and video frame re-centered. Like many full-length videos released by NIST, the entire video tape is lacking of the audiotrack on the right channel. The video has been only deinterlaced and anaphormically corrected from 3:2 DAR (720 x 480 px) to 4:3 DAR (640 x 480 px), and was recompressed into a lossless video/audio encoder before upload on YouTube. DAR = Display Aspect Ratio. Source of DVD Video: 911datasets.org, Folder: International_Center_for_911_Studies_NIST_FOIA [a.k.a.
