I'm fitting some machined aluminium axle housing from Treal hobby. They make some seriously nice hardware! These axles are beefy, strong and precisely machined. And to top it off: they look awesome! Oversized bearings and some sweet design choices, along with all new, comprehensible hardware make these a breeze to install and they add a lot to the overall feel and look of the Losi LMT. I also painted the wheels. The tires are pre-glued on my roller, or any of the RTR versions and I decided that a coat of paint might change the look of them to what I want. A coat of primer from Tamiya, followed by an automotive gloss black and some Molotov chrome detailing sets things off nicely. I painted the sponsor plates, and opted for some Traxxas sponsor stickers. Lastly I painted the headers, and made them look like they are heat aged.
