An airplane is controlled by a cybernetic mechanism, which is just a programmed set-point (or destination) where the machine is programmed to operate. Your mind works the same way. 2. A baby is in a brainwave state similar to hypnosis and gets programmed, just like a thermostat, to operate at the level of the programming. 3. Think of what you want, and ask yourself: 'what have I been taught to believe since childhood? 4. Then, ask yourself these 3 questions: - Is it true? - is it really true? - who would I be without this perception/belief? - then, rewrite the belief to match your desired reality. 5. Understand reality is not stationary - it's an ocean of motion - it's energy at a very high speed of vibration and the subatomic fabric of your reality and your cells are influenced/altered by this perception. 6.
