Try this out.. for more yummy recipes, visit : youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Chopped onion – 2 Garlic cloves – 3 Green chilli – 6 Fried gram – ¼ cup Salt – to taste Mustard – 1 tsp Urad dal – 1 tsp Red chilli – 1 Curry leaves – 1 sprig Finely chopped small onion – 3 Oil – 1½ tbsp Water – 2 cups Process 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame. 2. Add 3 garlic cloves and 6 green chillies. 3. When the garlic turns light brown add 2 finely chopped onions. 4. When the onions turn translucent turn off the flame and allow it to cool. 5. Now transfer it into a blender and add ¼ cup of fried gram. 6. Add ½ cup of water and coarse grind this and transfer it into a bowl 7. Add a little salt 8. Now add 1½ cups of water and mix well 9. Heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan and add 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of urad dal, 1 red chilli, 3 finely chopped small onions and 1 sprig of curry leaves. 10. When the onions turn light brown turn off the flame 11. Now add the chutney into the pan. 12. Mix well and serve this with idli or dosa
