Description: In this video, you can see the steps to follow when the voice search feature is not working on your Jio remote. 1. First check internet connectivity from the home screen. 2. Make sure that your remote battery is not low. To do so, press the home button on your Jio remote and select the Jio remote icon visible in the top row on the screen. Change the battery if needed. 3. Finally, Reboot your set-top box and now press the voice search key on your Jio remote. Once you see speak now on the TV screen, speak your command. If the issue with the voice search function still persists, press the blue-colored key on your Jio remote. This will take you to the Voice Assistant settings tab. Select report issue then choose the issue that you're facing and click on submit.
