Description: Hi guys, I just wanted to give some tips on how I developed my confidence and love for my body! Whenever I post pics on insta, I often get a comment that says ‘I wish I loved my body’ or ‘I wished I was confident with myself’ and I have to admit that I love myself but I didn’t ALWAYS. And some days I don’t love myself as much as other days! Although I really do feel confident and love myself, it hasn’t always been easy for me! Most days I just have to accept that this is who I am and these are the body parts I was blessed with! But what does help is feeling in control of my body, that means exercising to make my butt bigger, and even though it’s not bigger, its stronger and I have control of that!! Although I may not ever have a big juicy butt there are still ways that I can help the way I feel confident - wearing clothes that make me feel confident!! Anyways what I want you all to take from this is that you are loved! And not to let what you dislike about yourself to get to your confidence, be confident on the inside will help you feel confident on the outside!! If you don’t want to do squats because you don’t care that you have a flat butt, that’s beautiful!! Loving yourself is beautiful! Love that flat butt!!
