I took on the 6 week challenge to train like a Victoria Secret Model and this is my WEEK 2 UPDATE AND RESULTS! I just throw this together based on how many people I am feeding etc.) Fresh Chicken Cutlets Heavy Whipping Cream Pork Rind Panko Bread Crumbs: amzn.to/3CgwHRb Mushrooms Sliced Butter Cream Cheese Frozen Broccoli Directions: Sautee 2 tbsp butter with a splash of heavy whipping cream and melt half a stick of cream cheese (4 oz) in a pan. Pan sear the chicken breasts with butter and sprinkle on top the pork rind panko crumbs. Once the chicken is cooked through slice into strips, add the chicken to the sauce and pan fry the mushrooms. Steam the broccoli (I used about 2 cups) until done and add to the mixture. Transfer filling to a baking pan, top with mozzarella and bake for 425 degrees until done.
