Description: DISCLAIMER: This is a short video that I filmed quickly for a school project. The video wasn't the focus of my project, so it's definitely not perfect and could use more work. BUT I still like the feeling of the video, and I think that the purpose comes through. I have dealt with anxiety myself, which luckily isn't an everyday stuggle for me anymore. What I wanted to say with the video is that we, every day, meet people who are struggling with different things. But we don't know which of these people are fighting anxiety, depression or any other kind of mental disorder, because you can't always tell on the outside what a person feels on the inside. So we always have to treat other people with respect. I also want to help break the mental health taboo. There are way too many people dealing with mental disorders for it to still be something we don't talk about. Let's start talking about it.
