Description: So this is what $1,300,000 gets you in Vancouver, Canada. I had to move out of my apartment. It was supposedly a nice, new apartment with an assement value of $1.3M. Unfortunately, the unit/building has a lot of deficiencies that required me to move all of my belongings out. The floors were scheduled to take 10 business days to replace. That, combined with the other repairs that were required, and it was going to be a major hassle. Thankfully, my landlord allowed me to terminate my lease early and move out. I couldn't be happier to get out of that building. I will never rent or buy from that developer based on my expeirnce in my 5 months of living in that building.
