Description: My weekly cardio routine for fat loss and heart health! It’s a mix of HIIT cardio and steady state! Using just dumbbells and the treadmill. Sometimes I’ll use the stair master if I’m bored of the treadmill and switch it up a bit, but this is generally what I tend to do :) - please note that this goes hand in hand with a good, balanced, healthy diet! Eating too little and doing way too much cardio can be really bad for you as your body needs energy to survive, so please don’t over-do it! Hope you enjoy the video!!
