So it's been about a month and a half since I started Accutane, and the difference in my skin is DRAMATIC. I'm still getting some bad side effects, but nothing too terrible. I seem to be managing things alright, but I am on a lose dose (20mg). One of the things I talk a lot about in this video is my food acne triggers. Basically, food items or ingredients that kick off my acne. For me, I'm pretty sure it's oil and sugar. I struggle with cutting out oil and sugar from my diet (especially oil). Are you the same way?
