Description: As Valentines day approaches I have been wanting to play around making some really pretty pink buttercream cakes. To go with the cakes I have also been experimenting with dipping different fruits, sweets and biscuits in my Callebaut chocolate, that I have coloured using the amazing Colour Mill oil based food colouring.
