Description: 2022 EP9: In this EPF video, I teach you all a KILLER WINTER TECHNIQUE for open water (below 40F) that should help you LAND MORE FISH! Although the technique is based on Universal Knowledge, fishing is a sport with many dependent variables out there...hence why I used the term "should" instead of "will." Regardless, the knowledge in this video will make you a WISER angler when it comes to Winter Fishing Mechanics. [March 3rd, 2022 (Fishing Session Number 15)] Read more about it below: Did you know that...? 🌌...Fish don't hibernate. Better saying, it is not that they "don't;'" they "can't." Only certain endothermic live organisms, who produce their own body heat, are able to control their metabolisms to hibernate and conserve energy. Instead, certain ectothermic live organisms enter a "state of torpor" during lower water temperatures, which shortens their daily window for moving and feeding. That's a part of the reason why, sometimes, during the Winter, the fish will suddenly bite really good during the sunrise or sunset -- some of they move only at certain times of the day...and not throughout the entire day. 🌌...The technique in this video works within the laws of Physics -- mainly thermodynamics and fluid dynamics; therefore, knowledge of it can be considered to be UNIVERSAL. That means that you can apply this technique [and the logic behind it] anywhere on this planet. That's because the laws of Physics are the same everywhere on Earth. 🌌...I shot this tutorial video after failing "twice" that day. My primary target of the day was to find some White Crappie (Pomoxis annularis) in that Creek. I wasn't able to. My secondary target of the day was to explore the Creek further below. I didn't catch anything there. 😅 Finally, I decided to just shoot a tutorial video!!!
