Description: In 2018, teaming up with the South London Foundry, we ran a competition offering one Edinburgh Casting Studio Customer the opportunity to have their plaster hand cast remade in bronze. The prize was worth thousands and we were delighted when we chose Laura Butt as our winner. Laura bought a Couple Casting Kit as a Christmas present for her mum Bev and dad Dave. The gift had huge meaning, as Bev had incurable cancer. The beautiful cast they made became a treasured memory after Laura's mum passed away. Laura was so happy to know that the cast would be preserved forever in unbreakable bronze! This video tells the story of a beautiful couple hand cast's transformation into a stunning bronze sculpture.
