Description: For 1 pound of Turkey: *400*C 15-20mins INGREDIENTS 5 Garlic Cloves 1 Small Onion 1 Egg Seasonings -Pepper -Pepper Flakes -Basil -Garlic Powder -Oregano 1/4 to 1/2 Cup bread crumbs 1 TBSP Ketchup Spinach (Optional) Parchment paper DIRECTIONS Preheat oven for 400*C . Mince garlic, dice onions and all ingredients in a bowl . Line your baking sheets with parchment paper . Start rolling your balls and place them an in apart on your lined baking sheet ! Baking for 15-20 minutes and we now have Low cal, Low fat, Turkey Balls !!!!
