No matter how cool the effect is, if it's not motivated and if it doesn’t make sense for your story, it will just stand out in a jarring way and break up the flow and you don’t want that. Editing and VFX should enhance and capture the viewer without calling attention to themselves so, ok really can’t stress that enough. And you can totally play with those kinds of transitions and I will leave a link for you for my favorite pack of seamless transitions for you in the description but the type of transitions we will talk about in this first tip are a bit different and more cinematic in my opinion since they are a bit more subtle and real, and you don’t need to buy anything extra for it.
