Description: Dogs are known to be man’s best friends. They are kind, loving and when trained correctly, never pose a risk to people or other dogs. But did you know there are some breeds with more potential to cause serious harm if they decide to attack you? There are a number of factors that determine how dangerous a dog can be. The first consideration is size. Is a dog big enough to knock you over? A small Jack Russell can pack a mean bite if annoyed, but it’s unlikely to be able to bite your throat or face if it’s on the ground, as some big dogs can. Although you won’t have trained your dog to be a fighter, if you own one of these breeds you can notice some of the characteristics and tendencies of their great grandparents.
