Description: Tomato Soup – One Pot – No Broth – Vegetarian Tomato Soup - The Hillbilly Kitchen This is a delicious creamy tomato soup that is sure to warm up the coldest winter day or make a quick meal on a summer evening. It is an easy one pot soup. Pair it with a classic grilled cheese, bread sticks, rolls, top it with a sprinkle of cheese or just snuggle up by the fire with a warm cup and sip away the winter chills. This is actually Samantha’s recipe. We served it at YesterYear Country Market and everyone loved it. She called it Tomato Bisque. I call everything you eat in a bowl or cup with a spoon soup (or cereal). I did look up the difference between soup, chowder, and bisque.
