I use to be the exact same way. What I have found that worked the best, start training your legs 2 times a week. I don't mean half way training them... I mean train them harder than you train any other muscle. One time a week go pretty heavy and stick with the basics (SQUATS, LEG PRESS, LUNGES) and then on the 2nd LEG DAY Do (HACK SQUATS, STIFF LEG DEADLIFTS, LEG CURLS & EXTENSIONS) train them with MODERATE WEIGHT and do MORE REPS (8-15 rep range) Here is a great leg workout for you!!!!
