Description: Many thanks to Dylan Lloyd, who allowed me to do an ASL cover for his song. This song is also special for me and shares the same feeling. open.spotify.com/artist/1vzwzzHIqDHOqrigG8Cxi1?si=FWsVX7-cT86Z2T8Pdpc5kg&nd=1 afsp.org/story/there-is-a-light This song is something I very much connected with, I have been struggling with my mental health, and I still do. How much I have gone through, and from my childhood to adolescence, the darkness inside me persists. It exhausted me fighting every day with my darkness, and it goes on. My traumas, pain, hopeless thoughts, and tiredness. There are many times how much I wanted to dim the light forever and trying to hold on to this light inside me. Every time I wake, I cried and trying to survive. I yet still holding this very little light inside me that guides me—knowing that I’m also not only alone in this, and we are fighting together. My mental health matters, and I matter. Your mental health is also matters, and you are matters. There is a light inside you and guiding you through. Hold on to that light, and love is the way to your life.
