"Muladhara / Root Chakra" (red): Using powerful human voices’ frequencies and vibrations to tune and balance, to heal and refresh the Chakra Energy. Muladhara is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security. This will awaken your Kundalini energy and let is rise throughout your body. What you are about to experience: The soundscape will awaken the Kundalini, the "Serpent Energy," the “Goddess Energy” and you will feel It/Her rise up through your body, awakening the Chakra and Nadi system as It/She rises. Kundalini awakening results in enlightenment and bliss. This awakening involves the Kundalini physically moving up the central channel to reside within the Sahasrara Chakra above the head. This movement of Kundalini is felt by the presence of a cool or, in the case of imbalance, a warm breeze across the palms of the hands or the soles of the feet. Another commonly described Kundalini experience is a feeling of electric current running along the spine. Just like ripples in a pond, the energy spreads throughout your beings, awakening all as It/She rises.
