Right now I'm in the process of getting ready for a Master's Classic Bodybuilding Competition and the goal is to get as lean as possible, without going to extremes. One of the biggest mistakes that guys make when following a fat loss cutting diet is thinking that they can just rely on will power and suffer it out to lose the fat and get ripped. While you can achieve some short term results with an extreme hardcore cutting diet approach, it never lasts long term. Everyone has a limit to their will power and how much suffering they can take before they say: "F#@k it, I can't stand feeling hungry all the time" and start binge eating. The most important thing to consider when planning a fat loss meal plan is making sure it satisfies your appetite - or at the very least - doesn't make you feel miserable... Because if you don't enjoy the way you eat - you won't be able to stick to it long term. Simple and Satisfying is the secret to having a successful fat loss diet plan.
