I had a few days to play with them and whipped up a quick first look video on them. I show them in action as well as enlist Debby's help for a focus test. These are the three new lenses that come in at under $600 and have a metal build, dual focus motors with silent auto focus, and they are dust and weather resistant. The 40 and 50 are f/2.5 designs and the 24 is an f/2.8 design. These are great lenses to either start your full frame journey into Sony or even if you have some of the more serious Sony gear. these lenses will deliver on size, weight and performance.
