You can also crochet these pants smaller or bigger by simply changing your hook size and yarn weight. See below. Just remember these sizes are not exact since not all babies are the same size and since tension can vary from one person to another. To make smaller or bigger: NB use 2mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn 0-3M use 2.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn 3-6M use 3mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn 6-9M use 3.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn 9-12M use 4mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn 12-24M use 4.5mm hook with #3, DK or 8ply yarn *** If prompted to change hook size just go up or down 1/2 hook size from which ever hook size you started with above or used last. 🌷Follow along written pattern is available in my Etsy shop crochetforbabystore.
