I also believe (as most people do) that food taste better when you're camping. I take full advantage of that fact by eating well in the wild. I bring top quality ingredients and do my best to cook it up right. Then enjoy restaurant quality meals while immersed in mother nature's ambience for the ultimate in fine dining experiences. I used to work in fine dining and I'm an inventor so I'm quite particular about my camp cooking gear. In fact, most of what I use is of my own design. For reliability and performance, camping kit must be made of the highest quality materials and be designed to be as simple as possible without compromising function. I like luxuries as much as the next guy but I've learned that gear needs to be efficient to transport, easy to deploy, and enjoyable to use or it will simply get left behind.
