The first of which comes from the team at Employees Only, New York and features reposado tequila accompanied by honeyed, herbal characteristics from the yellow chartreuse and notes of sweet elderflower. It is shaken unlike the previous tequila version which is stirred. The herbal Bees Knees riff is a gin cocktail rather than tequila.
