The cops are responding to a robbery call when they get notice that their patrol car has been hijacked. They make an arrest for the robbery, while heading out to track down their patrol car. A teenager is up to no good when the sheriff and Deputy Jake leave their patrol car parked and running while they head in to try to catch a robber. The teen cannot help himself, and decides to commit grand theft auto by taking the cop car for a ride. Once the cops catch up to this savage teenager, they discover that he's someone from the sheriff's past.
